Level 1; Muay Thai:
Have a blast in this 60 minute, beginner friendly, high energy, conditioning focused class. We help you beat your workout into submission through awesome, high energy, full body movements. Combines punches, kicks, elbows and knees. Get ripped beating up all of those annoying daily stressors and feel great knowing you could overcome any obstacle.
Level 2; Burmese Lethwai:
Members Only. Absolutely not for beginners!
All students must complete our Level 1 training and test into this program.
We focus on intermediate tactical, combative, and conditioning aspects. Develop power, form, and strategies to defeat any threat when it matters most.
Level 3; Advanced Applied Combat:
Members Only. All students must complete our Level 2 training and test into this program.
